This episode provides such valuable insight into the importance of family and community participation in out-of-home care. I really appreciated the practical examples shared by the Accreditation and Monitoring Team, especially around how to embed culturally respectful and inclusive practices. It’s a strong reminder that engaging families isn’t just a requirement—it’s essential for creating stability and connection for children and young people in care.
